I have a Navi unit out of a 2010 F250 I bought for parts, the truck only had 90,000 miles on it and the Navi unit is in perfect shaped. I'm asking $425, you pay me via PayPal, I pay shipping.

I also have the smaller GPS harness that plugs into the back of this and all of the pigtails that plug into the back of the unit. I can throw all that for a little more depending on what you want.

I need to see what all is needed to make work in a 2010 XLT. If it's doable, I my get this for my old man.

I have the GPS antenna wires and the sirius roof antenna so that should make the GPS and the sirius work, Id throw those in for just a little more. The radio should be plug and play, the only thing I'm not sure of is if he has steering wheel controls or not, if he doesn't I don't know if it would still be plug and play or not.

It looks to be the same radio. I didn't know if the hookups are the same or if they switched things around

I don't know, it didn't work on my 2009 because it needed an external amp, which they started in 2010. I see a lot of people swapping these in but I don't know how simple it is. I would love to talk it up because I want to sell it but I honestly don't know enough about them to tell you if it would swap or not.

His XLT has Sirius, sync (which randomly quit working), and steering wheel controls. Not sure on the amp though.

I think it does have it, maybe you could start a thread on here an find some stuff out, I honestly don't know. I do know people swap them quiet often but I don't know the ins and outs of it.

There is actually a good bit of work to get a Nav Radio to work in a Non Nav truck... I changed mine over... Check out 4dtech.com.. Them guys have everything you need and their knowledge on these Ford sync/navigation systems is second to none.
