Anyone ever seen this turbo outlet?

I came across this pic on a facebook listing, and wondering wtf setup this is out of. Worked on a whole bunch of 7.3's over the years and never seen this. The top part of the downpipe appears to be one with the exhaust outlet housing. The rest of the turbo seems like a normal late 99 setup.

Zooming in on it, that’s a banks brake on it. Aftermarket exhaust brake pain I. The ass bull shit that makes changing turbos a pain I. The ass due to the down pipe clamp location, and the extra piece of shit hanging off the turbo.

Actually, after looking again, that doesn’t have that big canister hanging off it, probably just the banks “hi flow outlet”

What 6.0 tech said. Banks high flow outlet. What a waste. My brother has the banks brake. Never used it though.

That bolt that fastens to the back of the head on the "hi flow" outlet makes you want to punch babies
