There is a procedure iirc injectors go to like 3 psi then the rail bolts are supposed to be one thread loose, lines torque to 106in# then injectors to 28ft# then rail bolts to 28, finally turn one flat of the line nut. I may be off a little but not by much. I know guys who just tighten them but I have heard of several leaks that way, its not worth the worry to me to not go by the book.
