Hey guys,

Check out our newly released low and high temperature thermostats for the Ford 6.0L Powerstroke!



Ford 6.0L Powerstroke Low-Temperature Thermostat, 2003-2007

Product Specs
  • Direct fit for the 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke
  • Lower activation temperature allows coolant to flow through the engine earlier, maintaining lower temperatures (Mishimoto thermostat activates at 185°F vs. factory 192°F)

Unfortunately, we do not have any production units on hand. Keep an eye out for High Temperature and Cold Temperature sets within the next few months, right in time for winter.

Why does the factory stat have 89/104*C? Is there a temp range? I want the hotter of the two, I have had good luck w/ hotter running trucks. Idle and run better plus get better mileage/more stable when they are hotter.

Hello,

Not sure I am understanding your question. The factory 6.0L thermostat activates at 89°C, which equates to 192°F. The 200°F thermostat shown above will raise operating temperatures slightly for improved fuel mileage, as you mentioned. Let me know if I can help answer any additional questions.
