Power Door locks not working correctly

The power door locks in my 2000 have been progressively getting "lazier" since I got it last year where they won't fully lock or unlock electrically and I will have to go around do them manually. Sometimes I would hit the button or fob a few times rapidly and that would get them.

I thought I remember seeing this problem some years back on TDS and someone saying there is a resistor(s) somewhere that needs to have a jumper soldered across it to remedy this. Or any other ideas are appreciated

I have never heard of jumpering anything. Replacing the motors isn't that difficult and I think they are about $30-$40 each.

It's pretty easy to do. I think it took me like 45 minutes on my D/S door with my old truck.
