I think my fan is stuck on. Truck barely builds heat at idle. It will warm up on high idle, but as soon as I kick it off it cools down. I see the fan spinning, but I know that us standard with mechanical fans. New thermostats about 2k ago. Any sensors or wiring I can check?

I just found out that there is an updated tank with only 1 port on the front. Mine is a 2 port with the top port capped off. I havent had any coolant issues, but now i'm studded and egr deleted. Should I update? New tank and cap I assume, if so?
