Annnnd after Months of trial and tribulation the verdict is in PCM was bad! Just so happens the Hpop died at the same time! So yet again Wonky unsolvable No Start? Leaking Windshield? PCM 99.9% 400$ PCM and 400$ for the windshield and this is the permanent fix!!!! Cheers Thanks for everyone’s...- Chips Ahoy!

Yeah my thinking is it’s broken in the actual plug where it’s unseen but can I be safe to say this is the intermittent No Start??? Let’s hope as far as I see it’s failed this test!- Chips Ahoy!

Ok so got somewhere here finally!!! Did this CMP Pin Out! A was less than 5 B was 1011Ohm and C was 0 Ohms unless I jiggled the plug it would jump to 1900 for a second then back to Zero…. It passes all the second Voltage tests though! I also still have the OLD style plug on this truck so I’m...- Chips Ahoy!

Yup exactly…Stopped up the engine with a block of wood a jack annnd flywheel teeth! Also had everything out of the way and checked it with a depth mic turned checked. Spot on also looked at the engagement!- Chips Ahoy!

I will machine an IPR block off tool as well that way I can pump test! Brand new CNC fab but you never know need to eliminate all options leave no stone unturned!!! If capping each head and no change I’d assume the IPR is one non responsive ie Signal or Two Hung open unless I’m missing somewhere for oil to go?- Chips Ahoy!

Looks like I need to pull the fender liner down to get it out I will pull it asap and get back to you guys also going to plumb up water filled gauges to both heads…if I see an issue it will tell me one am I making 500psi two if not I can cap one side and see if that changes things and go from...- Chips Ahoy!

Yeah figure so much and it would explain why I can’t seem to pin it down but maybe I’m just grasping at straws here the plug looked ok but the inside could be a puff ball of rust…not sure But Yes Iv had a pretty bad leak for too long let’s go with that! Yeah trucks never had a chip but the damn window leaks on the drivers side that’s Forsure! It’s a lot to really fully test it…much easier to swap with someone to test- Chips Ahoy!

I will Re Ohm Then Pin Test the CPS VRef KOEO let you know the exact results will also retest and post all my FORScan results as of now…gotta understand the frustration Iv either overlooked something or The PCM has some kinda issue on the board itself!- Chips Ahoy!

I haven’t just “Thrown Parts at it” this has been over a 5 year period plus I Fixed The Hot Stall/No Restart until cold…HPOP then this immediately after! No I don’t unless FORScan can pick that up or I check it on each window and Rib for 1.5v-12v accordingly- Chips Ahoy!

Fresno the options are few…Dealership or Browns in Riverdale that’s a 3-400$ tow so that’s where I’m at I’d rather put that too fixing it…Moreover I don’t see how it’s funny I know plenty about this engine and it’s systems! I have FORScan I’ve done Pin out Tests and checked sensors for specs...- Chips Ahoy!

Sorta reaching the End of my rope here with this Truck I never thought I’d contemplate selling it….but this is ridiculous! Went from 289k 350k And Iv replaced everything from a New ZF5 2 Fuckin clutch’s (South Bend Throwout exploded at 40k WTF) New water pump,alt,IPC 2times,IPR two...- Chips Ahoy!
