Adding factory fog lights ?

My 2018 F-350 currently doesnt have fogs but I got a factory bumper and lights, can anyone tell me what else I need to do ? Change switch ? Add a harness ?

If I remember 11 years ago correctly, my 13 already had the harness. Changed the switch and plugged them in. I didn't need to change the bumper, just popped the inserts out.

Yea mine is solid no inserts on a 2018

If I had to guess. Harness there already. New switch and you should be good to go.
