difference in 04 to 06 front bumper

Ok so im looking at the mile marker frint grill guard and winch mount setup. it says it will only work with 99-04 superduty trucks? what is the difference in mounting at the tow hooks and frame ends? also any reasons yall can think of as to why it wouldnt fit?

It should bolt up as that's all the same but the lower part of the grille is completely different and won't work. Your grille is longer so if they fit the bumper to the 04 style grille yours would be trying to occupy the same space.

If you were dead set on it, you could probably look into one of the 05-07 grilles they sell that are pretrimmed to fit the 99-04 trucks.
