There’s a 2 wire plug on the front of the turbo pedestal looks like the plug in the ipr as well, assuming this is a super duty, if it’s an obs there’s a plug on the compressor cover basically that needs unplugged.
But honestly, if it’s closing the valve at more than just cold idle, you’ve got another issue. That valve is there to help build cabin heat when it’s cold, doesn’t do much else. So if it’s closing all the time, or when you pull your foot off the throttle, someone’s got an exhaust brake tied in. Or you have an exhaust leak and think it’s the ebp valve closing.
