Anyone know of something that will withstand a constant 400-600 degrees with spurts to 1000-1200?

The heater hose that runs around the back of the motor keeps burning where the u turn from the quick connect to the hard tube junction is. Unfortunately this part of the hose hits the hot intermediate pipe on my compound kit. I’ve tried wrapping it in a sticky aluminum foil stuff that Ford has, but it melts thru eventually and ends up burning thru the hose. I’m getting really sick of replacing this hose, as it’s burning thru about every 5-10k.

Yep
Those heat shielding tubes work great.

I have used them before on spark plug wires on a race car.

They come in all different sizes.

If you don’t want to take the pipe apart you can slice it/wrap it and use steel zip ties.
