Does anyone have the manual for a 4.5" Icon lift?

I bought the used one off Mike and I've never done a 3/4 ton Solid axle lift before.

Been to their site and it's not listed anywhere and I had emailed them too. Just talked to them on the phone (thanks to time zone differences) and got them emailed to me.
