Hello, so I put the pipe kit in, I may just be dumb but does anyone know where the intake pipe bracket connects to. It almost seems like the loop on he is welded in the wrong spot.

Are you talking about the straight piece of metal that connects off the bottom of the air intake? If so it connects to a spot on the frame where the old intake sat. I can get pics for you if that helps? I have the same kit installed

Thank you, I pulled the bracket out that it mounts to for clearance when I was doing one of the many things I was doing at the same time and never put that back in. Figured it wasn’t needed. Shows what I know lol

Lol all good man,it just helps firm it up so it’s not so cantilevered off the intake manifold, if you still have it I would definitely put it on!

So I put it on, it took all of a couples, might as well have been a government job because I milked that one for a few months. I was going to ignore but it would be a problem if I smacked the maf

Nice, ya I like the MPD kit everything fit really well and it’s a nice piece of equipment gets rid of lol those weird angles and road blocks the stock set up had not to mention all the plastic that get brittle from heat cycles over time.
