Nav upgrade with forscan issues

I recently upgraded my 4” sync to a 8” sync and used what I thought was a reputable company for the programming. I sent my APIM and my ACM to him so he could do the programming. Now my clock doesn’t work. It won’t move. I can set it to the current time and it just stays there. I have tried to contact the guy for the last 6 days and have gotten no response. I’m beyond annoyed it has been like this this whole project with him. Anyone know anything about where on Forscan to look for the clock programming so I can check him

I don’t have any specific experience, but I was reading some articles on a Sync 2 to 3 conversions that were getting into the Forscan modifications pretty heavy. Might be something to look into there.

I don’t know what controls the clock. I’ve heard it’s GPS settings but not sure what ones or what it needs to be
