SOTF switch or tuning issue

All of my sotf tunes seem to have tune position 1 severely down on power. Other levels seem to be pretty normal.

This wouldn’t be a big deal but I like to use this setting for heavy towing.

Can’t reach anybody on ez lynk and the vendor I bought from is useless.
