Will SCT read the stock EGT probe?

As the title says. We have learned that Edge CTS and CS will not read the factory EGT probe that is able to be installed in most common EGR ****** kits.

Is SCT able to read the factory probe or will it require their probe be installed for the 7015 and the 5015p

If the CS will read the stock probe before a ****** why won't it after? If it was still plugged in of course.

The method I am referring to is pulling the EGT sensor out of the exhaust and inserting it into the EGR plate.

I am not sure why the stock sensor has never been used, someone at some point had to of tried it though and found an error.

wont work . its a matter of scaling .

I tried it and it didn't work, had to get a probe for the sct.
