Finally making one, been taking pics since I started repairing my cab. There will be tons of pics in the beginning, but It'll get slower lol

End game is a desert truck that will go anywhere, plans are below

-Carli lift kit in the 4.5in size(waiting for their new kits to come out to see what I go with)

- Roll Cage

- Rear locker

- convert rear axle to a 2008 (Front axle is already converted to a 2007 axle)

- move rear hanger forward to accept 2008+ rear springs

- install my Warn 12k winch

- Install my VisionX 40in bar on the front bumper

- Rock sliders

- belly skid to protect the oil pan, Trans, Etc

- Cut the back of the bed Baja style and rear tube bumper for a better approach angle

- Rear tire gate to hold two 37in tires

- 2007 front head lights and retro fit projectors

- On board air

- And I'm sure there will be more

Motor/ Trans Wise

-Trans is getting installed in a couple of weeks, builder is waiting on the billet input shaft
Trans build will consist of a Road runner Triple disk converter, billet input shaft, and all the usual internal stuff

-250/100 or 250/200 hybrids

-T4 mount turbo or modded h2e

- valve springs, pushrods, and studs

-17degree HPOP or upgrade to a T500

-Driven Diesel Reg Return

-Driven Diesel Bosch Dual fuel pumps and sump

-nitrous(always wanted it lol) and for desert runs or sand drags, why not)

-Red head steering box or just put full hydro

- and I'm sure I am missing things

On to the Pics!

Subscribed. Glad it's a crew cab. Did I miss it, what do you plan on doing with the interior?

Ok maybe not, but close! Looks good!

Thanks!

Lol, won't stay long that way, haven't done a trail run yet, but usually after one, it's pinstripes galore.

Paint job was a necessity. I got my 2015 for looking good. This is the camping, off-roading, search and rescue, etc rig.

So were you running a spacer on the original back axle to counter the difference between the front and back?

Cool, I couldn't remember how you wrecked it. What kind of front suspension did you have in there when you wrecked that off road?

Icon leveling kit with icon 2.0 shocks. I should've limit strapped it. And will soon. Funny thing is I drove it home with no coils or shocks riding on the bump stops 30miles. All I needed to do was plug the front brakes (snapped them) and ran home on rear brakes . Fun trip

No, rear end is 2 in narrower on each side. Looking for a rear axle.

Nothing much today, figured out why my winch wasn't working, two solenoids were bad. Ordering two new solenoids, and I'll be install the winch sometime next week along with my 40in led bar.
