if your ball joints tie rods and track bar are in good shape you might try road force ballencing them or have your drive line checked

i have installed them on 7.3 6.0 and it pretty easy takes about 20 minites to get old out unless you cut it after down pipe and muffler then 1o min but get a 2 person to help hold it while making connection and it goes much easier and you can do the whole project in about 35 minutes or less

tie downs I used those same one on my truck to hold my big foot camper down and they worked great but if you have the money buy the torq type tye downs that mount on the frame much better and less swaying feeling when driving
