I'm probably going to have to go that route and start checking for volts. Its b such a friggin mess of wires that I'm dreading it. And I don't think it'd be the led's. They've been on the truck for months and ask at once the signals and back up sensor both went to ****.

I did mine exactly a year ago and haven't had to do one since. I knew the long socket or similar tool was a must but I forgot about the wood block to hold it off the ground as you drove it out. Like Dave said, beer is needed. 6 pack should do for the removal of the oil cooler and another 6 to...

If your asking what I think, stick long socket in hole and carefully drive out with hammer. That's how I had to get mine out when I installed a new oil cooler. Like I said be very careful since the oil cooler housing is "pop" metal, and if you hit anything important the metal will mar up very easy.

Tried checking the sensors. Not a single one of them clicked when the truck was in reverse. Back to the drawing board I guess.

Just noticed the other day that my rear back up sensor is not working on my 05. The switch on the dash doesn't light up anymore either. If I'm right, if one sensor goes bad, it fouls up the whole system. If I'm wrong someone correct me please. Second thing I'm trying to figure out is my turn...

When I said RR I meant that plus a cross over line for the heads. Sorry about that.

I'm getting ready to install an AirDog2 on my truck and I'm curious what psi, those of you that have them, are running them on. I recall 62 being a sweet spot. I don't have a regulated return....yet, but I need a baseline number for the time being.
