Haha I think we've all been there with the Egr pipe bellow leaking, now once you move your block off plate up top, the Egr provision coming off the pass up pipe is going to crack at the weld in a few thousand miles more than likely, it's from heat and pressure getting trapped right there, same...

If you still have the Egr feed pipe installed it could be the bellow in that pipe and not an up pipe

That leaking uppipe is also why your only making 38 instead of the normal 45

I want to load my hd300 engine file but run my gearhead tranny tune, is this possible and how would I accomplish this? Would this work? tune the truck with hd300, export that file to sd card, that should put the hd300 in the custom folder, re download but select mcc tuning, choose the hd300...

You could move steering wheel good 2-3 inches either way, truck has 125,000 on it. I still have some play but it's from 3 tie rod ends having a tiny bit of play in them.

Yea iT is much tighter than my factory unit, very little slack in wheel while driving. Still kinda hard to turn wheel at a dead stop but it is easier. I'd buy it again

Having a redhead unit put on today and going to replace power steering pump and maybe lines, is there any recommendations for a good fluid to run. I see the dodge guys have decent luck with a certain fluid but can't remember the name.
