light isn't burnt out, it lights on at start, I have an 03 so the ear code wouldn't pop a light a believe. I've heard of soft codes but have never had a vehicle with any before

none really it feels like it idles a bit different but everything feels the same

I'm using the t6 full synthetic, I thought maybe the screen but why would it only happen when my oil gets older

so iv got a 03 6.0, with in the last 30k iv done injectors, hpop and cooler. my ipr at warm is always 25% and my icp is between 630 and 640. iv noticed when I get close to 3k miles on my oil I'll be sitting at a light and the ipr will go up to 27 to 29 and the truck will sound different. icp...

unfortunately everytime I touch this thing something else goes wrong so I can't get miles on. I have it installed on the truck but only made it like 10 minutes until I had another issue.

so I cleared the codes and they both came back immediately. they are soft codes they don't throw the check engine light I have to go into my insight to see them. what I don't get is if the truck was actually having a cylinder 5 contribution issue wouldn't the truck idle bad and smoke and be down...

could fuel filters cause a contribution code. mine have about 8k on them. I also saw a guy had an issue similar where the code returned after an injector change and his need up being a high pressure relief valve

it also has no issue starting. I get a little bit of smoke on cold days but that's it

I cleared it the other day and it came back, I'll try again and see. I do know that it wasn't on before the hpop and oil cooler change. shortly after I did those I did the injectors

I just checked, the cylinder 5 code was there before the injector change
