What's the flaw if not made correctly?

When I installed my fluid damper it was a night and day difference with how smooth the engine idled and ran throughout the rpm range.

The transmission will fit but the rear axle will not. I'm not sure on the torque ratings on the early 5 speeds so you might want to look into that.

What's the difference between them? I have airbags on my truck as helper springs. Was just wondering if the spring rate or the arch of the springs were different?

You could only get a 4x4 dually in a cab and chassis configuration. The cab a chassis dually rear is also narrower than a regular truck rear. The easiest way to make a 4x4 dually would be to find a single wheel rear truck you like and buy a bed, rear and the hubs for the front rear and swap it...

I have a sky rsk with a banks intercooler. The only issue that I had was the end tanks hit the bolt heads for the rsk. I just welded the rsk at that spot and removed the bolts. I have about 1/8-1/4" of clearance between the end tanks and the brackets.

Does anyone know if an excursion pcm is the same as truck pcm? MQJ0 is what I found and not sure if it'll work in place of a PTM1?

If my memory serves me right the year differences are 86-91, 92-94 and 95-97 for brakes and calipers. You can swap out your 92 knuckles for the 95-97 knuckles and bolt all your brakes on from the dana 50.
