That second video just looks like it's low on freon. First video looks like an electrical issue, usually pressure issues are more rythmic. A real set of gauges will help you get a better idea of what's going on. High side could be way high and triggering the high pressure switch.

Can you not find one from a super cab short bed and have a driveline shop lengthen it and re-balance it? Should be cheaper than building a whole new one and cuts out their idea of a 2 piece.

I've seen a few dt466s in obs sled pulling trucks so it's been done and they are out there. I haven't read any build threads on one though. I think there is a thread on here somewhere about an excursion with a dt360 swap though.

It's bolted to the back of the fuse panel. The fuse panel is held on with 2 nuts and 2 bolts and there's 2 bolted on harnesses on the back side and one clip in harness on the side. 10mm socket should be all you need
