It's a straight housing and no in and out play just some up and down.

I recently purchased an engine and don't need most parts off of it. The engine had 160k miles on it and was told the hpop was replaced 2k miles prior to the engine being removed. the engine ran when removed but it had a dead cylinder. I can send pics of the pump. I'd like $275 shipped or local...

Swapped ecms with my buddy and it does the same thing on his truck. I think it's safe to say it's the ecm

Would a ecm out of a zf6 truck work to start it? It just doesn't have anything in front plug

Non that I know of but is it the same ecm 03-07?

The alternators good

I'll definitely have it tested and Iv been trying to find an ecm. Does anyone know where I could find one?

I replaced the alternator a couple years ago. What's a good way to check it for over charging?

Have the cab up now doing head gaskets and cleaning stuff up that needed cleaned. When I get the cab back on I might try a different ecm and hope for the best.

This happened back in January and I still have not figured it out. It only runs for about a second so there's no chance of driving it. And the peddle has no affect on it running.
