    Gauge Recommendations

So I guess than maybe start with the monitor, and as I "upgrade" the truck apply the mechanical gauges. I think I still want to install one for the HPOP, as I know those are problematic sometimes. Hmm.... Gonna have to do some more research.

    Gauge Recommendations

Yeah I was talking with a buddy of mine last night. He actually removed his gauges, and just runs a monitor right now.

    Gauge Recommendations

That's what I was thinking too. Thanks. How reliable are the monitors? I like the idea of the gauges due to them being mechanical, but would like to be able to see everything too at some point. Especially after I have it bulletproofed in a couple of years. What monitor system would you...

    Gauge Recommendations

Ok all... Got a 2006, and I'm wanting to install a few set of gauges. I've been around long enough to know the basics, EGT's, Trans Temp, etc., etc. Just curious on what everyone thinks the most critical ones are. I'm thinking fuel pressure, along with Oil. The truck is stock, with a plug...

    Buying a 6.0L

It's been forever and a day since I've posted on a forum. But the time has come, and I'm on the verge of buying a 2006 6.0L. I already know the basics to look for when buying any car or truck. My question is, is there anything related to the 6.0L I should look for? I'm sure there is a tip or...

    Spring Meltdown 2015

Beautiful day for an event. Only had 2 people set up to sell stuff. I would've thought there would've been more, but I guess for the first time of doing it that is what to be expected. 18 total trucks ran, little low compared to past years, but everyone had a good time! We did set the date...

Depends. If you don't have that far of a drive, you can just show up, and sign up. These events average about 20-25 trucks. They usually end around 4-5pm. The later you show, the further on the list you're at.

I don't foresee that being an issue.

    Spring Meltdown 2015

It all depends. Kevin prefers an employee if he has one available, but during the October event, the truck owner drove them. If he uses an employee, it's more likely to be a more consistent runs.

    Spring Meltdown 2015

Best way would to be call Kevin at 440-474-2059 let him know you're coming down. They'll add you to the list, and not assign a number to you. This way when you come in they'll roll you on as soon as you're ready. As for high horse power trucks, we've had trucks lay down 800-1000hp. I'm not...

    Spring Meltdown 2015

Sorry I haven't posted in a while, working 2 jobs, and doing my hobby/3rd job has kept me pretty busy. Anyways... The event is May 2nd, and we're doing a first ever diesel swap meet. The day starts at 9am, so we can make sure all the trucks or cars (diesels only) can be done. The swap meet is...

    Spring Meltdown 2015

Dually noted. If we plan to early we'll still have a possibility of snow still...and well...I'm done with that crap, haha. I'm meeting with the shop owner Kevin here in the next week or so, I'll get more details then.
