    6.0 steering problem

I've chased this same thing. I didn't see anything I thought mattered, but eventually changed the track bar bushing based on recommendations. It had very little play, but the $12 bushing was the culprit.

URGENT: 6.0 no start when hot

I second this. IPR is prime suspect. Unplugging ICP sensor will rule it out

    Ficm Voltage with AE

Yes, there is Logic and Main power. Main is the one to monitor

    Ficm Voltage with AE

Check it key on, starting, and running with AE first. Low voltage readings with AE is usually a bad FICM. AE smoothes the signal to a degree, so if it's low with AE, it's low

    Need one American Eagle 16 x 10 style 058

My son got hit in the rear axle (truck in avatar) and we've almost got her back together. Just need one of these wheels to put a 315 nitto on. If you have one, please let me know. If you have a full set, might do that too. AEWC 16 x 10 Style is 058. Thanks guys

    Normal running temperature?

That's a normal temp. What's oil temp? After a flush, you should keep a sharp eye on your delta now.

    6.0 running great!

The good thing about the reputation they have, is the price is kept low, which is good for those of us that love them. But, the reputation has definitely been earned too. IMO, the 6.0 needs a certain owner...one who doesn't see a head gasket repair as a catastrophic engine failure, and is...

    6.0 running great!

A kid trying to make 600 hp with a truck that utilizes 4 bolts per cylinder SHOULD expect to lift the heads. And Snake, you didn't quite translate my statement correctly earlier, but he accepted your version, I'm good with that.

Wife is ready for an X - Do's and Don'ts?

They made some small adjustments to internals on later years...but did it help them???? Not IMO. Just consider injectors wear parts on a 6.0. Could get 200k if well maintained. Might die at 50k if run out of fuel or long change intervals

    Cracked blocks

Wrong. Torque is the measure of strain/force on the fastener. Friction is an unwanted force which needs to be minimized to get a true torque reading. Hence, the lube.

    Rust in Fuel pump???

Also, you can buy just the pump/motor and save some coin. Don't have to buy entire assembly. Little late now, but maybe will help someone else.

    Rust in Fuel pump???

You sure it wasn't algae? When you pull the pump manifold off of these, you will almost always find orange/brown algae around the WIF sensor, and it often causes a WIF light that wont clear. I've seen it in filter caps too.
