6.0 steering problem
I've chased this same thing. I didn't see anything I thought mattered, but eventually changed the track bar bushing based on recommendations. It had very little play, but the $12 bushing was the culprit. -

Yes, there is Logic and Main power. Main is the one to monitor -

Check it key on, starting, and running with AE first. Low voltage readings with AE is usually a bad FICM. AE smoothes the signal to a degree, so if it's low with AE, it's low -

That's a normal temp. What's oil temp? After a flush, you should keep a sharp eye on your delta now. -

They made some small adjustments to internals on later years...but did it help them???? Not IMO. Just consider injectors wear parts on a 6.0. Could get 200k if well maintained. Might die at 50k if run out of fuel or long change intervals- Lassie

Wrong. Torque is the measure of strain/force on the fastener. Friction is an unwanted force which needs to be minimized to get a true torque reading. Hence, the lube.- Lassie

Rust in Fuel pump???
Also, you can buy just the pump/motor and save some coin. Don't have to buy entire assembly. Little late now, but maybe will help someone else. -

You sure it wasn't algae? When you pull the pump manifold off of these, you will almost always find orange/brown algae around the WIF sensor, and it often causes a WIF light that wont clear. I've seen it in filter caps too. -
