6.4 shut off/no start
Hey guys, got a buddy who called me tonight with a problem. Truck shut down on way to work and he had it towed to his house. He sent me a code list from a XRT pro and thats all I have so far. P0703 P0362 B368C P0000 Not getting much info on these codes searching either. Anybody got any ideas? -
Throwout bearing noise
Guys with a ZF6, is your throwout bearing a little noisy? I've got one that makes a whirling sound that's a little louder than I'd like. The clutch is fine, so I hate to go in there for the bearing if it's not going to help if I change it. I've also been told that the fork should be changed... -

Rear end bounce
I recently put new Nittos on my truck and immediately the truck developed a "hop" or "bounce" in the rear. I had the tires balanced again, and it did not help. It is strongest at 40 - 45 mph cruising. The bouncing is bad enough to empty a drink in the cup holder. The rear is hopping literally... -

ICP sensors
Ford and INT list a different part number for the 03 & 04 sensor than the 04 & up sensor. Is there really any difference? They look like they are the same thread pitch and have the same connector. Has anybody interchanged them? -
2 Tuners at once
A friend of mine has an 08 6.4 and has been complaining about high EGTs and terrible gas mileage since he bought it. Oil leaks
I have had an oil leak at the front of the engine for over a year and assumed it was the front seal. I changed the oil recently and cleaned the engine as good as I could. I switched to synthetic Rotella 10W-30. The oil was running down the driver side as I was pouring!! Now I'm losing more oil... -

Trans temp sensor
Where is the trans temp sensor located? My friend says his 6.0's gauge falls out to nothing, the tow haul light flashes, and he is seeing a message "Check transmission temp". He can't pull codes and I'll have AE with me tonight when I look at it. Anyone seen this before? -

Water in fuel drain stripped
A buddy of mine just stripped his WIF drain plug..he thought maybe the threads of plug were the problem and tried the updated drain...didn't help. Can he buy the cover that the drain screws into or do you have to buy the pump to get that? -
