What is the recommend torque for the cabs mounts?

Well pulled the radiator found that it was leaking from under cut from the weld at the end tank to the core about mid way down. Also seems to be about two inches of it.

Since there are limited options on a better radiator , back orders or still in the process of being made has anyone tried one from Performance Radiator ? I've looked at them a bit they still have plastic end tanks but claim to have solved the leaking problem.
