Will and 05 injector work in an 03? I thought I remembered reading about this somewhere but I can't find anything about it.

They will work, I've done it before. But they are a different part number. So IDK know what the difference is, maybe somebody who knows will chime in.

To my knowledge I don't think the part number has much if anything to do with it. If it did then you would have to specify what year your truck is when purchasing injectors from an aftermarket company.
