08-10 F250 CCSB 1-7/8" Rear Block PN#

Looking to lower down the rear end of my 2009 F350 CCSB using the 1-7/8" blocks out of the F250. Looking for the part numbers so I can go buy some at the Ford dealer. Already have U-bolts coming with my OUO Bolt-on Traction Bars just need the blocks.
