thanks Sootie for the clarification I thought they all would work on an 08+ truck as a friend of mine with an 09 F350 SRW has this same kit. I believe the blocks won't work on the 05+ trucks however, correct?

the blocks should work on any truck with single alignment pin.

Sootie, are the U-bolts the only difference and that's all I'd really have to get other than new front shocks?

longer shocks will be required unless you dont mind topping out over bumps. You will need the correct u-bolts for an 08 , yes. They point upwards and have a different radius than 11+
