Maybe a dumb question, I have always pulled batteries to charge. I want to leave my batteries hooked up and use the 2 bank charger to keep them charged as I only drive my truck a few times a month. Can I leave the 2 batteries hooked up as well as using the charger on them? It's a 99 7.3 if that matters...

I use a battery tender on mine all the time and leave the batteries hooked up.

With matching batteries you should be able to put a tender on just one and have it keep both of them up. I believe the two bank tenders are meant for two separate (disconnected) battery banks? I use this https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000AXTUY/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 one on my '02 and it works just fine.
