2000 7.3 starting issue

I have a 2000 7.3 6 speed. Has brand new batteries, starter, alternator, and ignition. Truck is all stock. Went out to start it and the first time it cranked like it should for about 2 seconds then nothing. Won't start. Sometimes when you turn the key it won't even try to crank. Give it a couple minutes and it'll try to crank again for about 2-3 seconds then nothing. When it's cranking it sounds normal. Doesn't crank over slow. Any ideas ?

It was installed at a Ford dealer

Take it back to Ford. Smart move to buy direct oem imo.

Just saw you have a straight gear. Don't those have a switch in the pedal?

When you get the no crank situiation. Pop the hood and bypass the relay and see if it cranks.
