I have a 06 F350 with a 6in lift kit on it. I noticed that i have these on the top ball joints of the front end. Question is who has these and if i need them, how do they work which position should they be in? any information would greatly help. I am also installing a PMF 4 link so im wondering if i can eliminate these as well?
