2006 6.0l dies at WOT

Hey yall. Been on here a while and always been in the 7.3 area. Looking at picking up a 06 F350 6.0 and the owner is having an issue that the truck that when he "smash the gas down it will randomly shut off when you get to a stop. Was bulletproofed a yr ago. With all new injectors and ficm. I recently did a turbo hpop ipr and icp new intake gaskets."

Seems to me like hes loosing Fuel Pressure and that's why it was shutting off. Had an issue like that with a 6.4 and needed a new HPFP (thankfully covered under warranty).

Anyway without him having any access to a code reader and me being approx. 3hr away what do yall think? Fuel Pump?

Check oil level and quality, could be electrical though too. Any number of things it could be unfortunately, and without a scan tool its gonna be a bitch to find. If you are able to check fuel.pressure do it while you are there though.
