2008-2010 Short Bed Fuel Tank

Does anyone know if the short bed fuel tank from the 2011-2013 trucks is the same as the 2008-2010 trucks? Thanks in advance!

I dont believe so. I know everyone hates the 2011+ short bed tanks because they are like 24-25 gallons. 99-10 were 29 for the short bed

Gotcha! Been researching and coming to the same conclusion. Looks like the inputs for fuel, vents, etc are in different places. Guess I'm on the hunt for a '99-'10 tank. Thanks for the info!

No you have a 30.5 on shortbed crew cab same wheelbase I have a 26 gallon. I believe the older 05-07 may fit I really wanted a 36 on my old truck. Ended up just buying a 60 gallon aux/toolbox. Absolutely love it wish I would have done it 2 trucks ago

From what I have read, '99-'10 short beds have a 29 gallon tank and '11+ are 26 gallon. Fitment is more of a concern for me than capacity which is why I was inquiring about the '11+ tank. There is someone local selling one for cheap but, looking at photos, it seems they are quite a bit different. Thanks for the info!
