2008 CC Brake Pedal soft

Anybody have issues with a soft brake pedal? I've tried bleeding the brakes but doesn't help. Could it be an issue with the HCU?

Not sure if its the same softness I had but my hydroboost was bad. I replaced it along with pads and my rotors were good.

I have the same problem pedal feels soft and is kinda crappy braking. Thinking of going with some performance pads just dont know which ones yet.

I have the same complaint and plan on replacing the brake lines with Crown SS braided with new brake fluid.

Had one in the shop yesterday with the same complaint. The front pads were seized to the brackets. Cleaned everything up and pedal was normal again. When the pads seized the caliper was flexing the pad to make it touch, and when it you would let off it pushed he pistons back in pretty far.
