there has been a few threads come up with the search but cannot find an answer 100% sure if anything else needs to be done if you remove the filter under the bellhousing

just installed a revmax kit into my transmission it came with a deeper pan and a internal filter so if i remove the bellhousing filter everything else should be fine? no other mods need to be done?

I believe that is correct. The filter below the bell housing is a bypass type anyway. I am fixing to remove mine as well since it's leaking. How are you joining the lines together instead of the filter?
