My dad is looking at two 6.7s. Both f250, He is the 2011 has 109k miles on it 35k, the 2012 has 21,000 for 45k. Both are identical Lariats, fully loaded including sunroof and navigation. Does these prices sound anywhere near what he should be looking to give? Also the 2011 has the two tone leather seats which is the first production line of 6.7s I take it.

Both are at Lonestar Ford in Houston

Thats a no brainer pay the extra 10 grandand get the on with les than a 1/4 of the miles.

Yeah, the 109,000 is all highway, He could get extended warranty, but I think he should get the newer 2012, and would be better off, he only sees that 10k difference LOL

But I am more curious as to does that price seem right for the 2012?

I would go for 2012. If he doesn't need Nav there are still new 2012 Lariats for around $47k out there. Almost any dealer will take 10k off a 2012 on the spot. Now is time to deal for leftover 2012.

The 2012 seems reasonably priced, Im seeing 6.7s with 50 thousand miles priced in the 45k range. Mine bone stock blue books for 41ish. And it has 60k on it. The one with 109k on it seems priced a little high to me. I'd say its value is around 28k

My dealer has a 12 white/tan kr cc/sb brand new for 47,995. Never sold so its marked down. Thats what id be looking for. Or something a little more modest like a lariat that laidbaround for a year. Its funny because.the same.dealer I mentioned has a 2010 lariat they took on trade with low miles for 42995. Who would buy that when theres a bloody new kr for 5grand more.

Mind sharing where you got that price? And what cab config/options did you get? Can PM if you don't want to share publicly.

Courtesy Ford in Davenport Ia. Mike Haut is the salesman

2013 f-350 ccsb lariat fx
nothing real fancy
leather seats with head/ac
back-up camera
radio with sync

It wasn't a bad price for my area. I'm sure it could have been purchased cheaper by someone that is a better negotiator than me. I had my 450 sold and was buying it out right, but the buyer backed out and I ended up trading with the dealer.
