2015 Fuel Pump and warranty

My hpfp **** the bed this morning. Changed the filters about 1000 miles ago and found metal flakes in the return filter. Knowing what that typically means i contacted mike at no limit inquiring about better pumps. He informed me that there isnt a better pump out yet for the 15's. So with that being said. Has anyone with a '15 warrantied one of these pumps.

Yes. Only thing that will happen is you will probably be informed of the price to pull the fpcv and fvcv as ford needs pictures of these for warranty purposes. If there is evidence that it is your fault, it will not be covered. Evidence of your fault includes rust, def, or gas present. Otherwise it will most likely get an entire fuel system.

This is assuming your truck will be pretty much stock when you take it in. No programmer or ******s, that will throw up a red flag...

Right. They'll be looking at anything engine wise that would contribute tothe issue. A lift kit is not one of those things.
