Selling my 2015 turbo with up pipes turbo had 21,000 miles when it was taken off for non VGT swap asking $1500

I don't think it's quite that simple. Up pipes are different and a few other things. Several vendors can supply this and the tuning necessary for the upgrade.

I will be supplying the stock up pipes for the 2015 turbo I believe the only thing needed is a 2015 down pipe for the exhaust

to make a 2015+ turbo work on an 11-14 you require:

2015 turbo, pedestal & heat shield, passenger side manifold & heat shield, aluminum lower intake manifold, RH & LH up-pipes, downpipe, all associated gaskets. Some replace the coolant feed line & v-bands as well but not totally necessary.
