We have been having the #22 fuse blowing in our work truck. It has only happened twice in the past 3 weeks maybe. I have been some reading threads and found it powers a lot of different things. I realized though, that both times it happened were both on cold mornings. Seems like a lot of issues I read about had to do with the fuel bowl heater. Does the fuel bowl heater work off of ambient temps? Or am I way off.

I did find the ICP sensor plug needs to be replaced, the insulation has pulled back from the plug exposing the wire, so I am ordering one tomorrow. Maybe it is relevant to the situation?

We just can't have the truck breaking down. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Just unplug the bowl heater and tape up the connector so it does t short out on anything. That is almost always the issue. And of course replace the fuse

Bad fuel bowl heater. Unplug it or pull the filter and replace the heater. And of course check wires and replace the fuze.
