59 instead of stock HP with billet wheel

Hey guys i have a line on a used 59/71 set of elite twins. problem is the wheel on the 59 comp wheel is pooched and needs replacement. Is running a stocker with WW instead of the 59 with the 71mm work pretty good? or should just repair the 59? probably only cost a couple hundred more to repair then buy a WW for the stocker. how much does the 59 increase spool up time vs stocker? I know its going to be slightly more lag.

repair the 59. it will spool the same a stock as i dont believe Elite modifies the turbine any.

the end result will be a lot more power with the 59/71 than any drop in wheel could do.
