Other than faster shifts the 4r is no better than a 5r. Planetaries, clutch and shaft size are basically the same. Main difference is a full electronic control vs mostly mechanical control.
It is what it is. But there is no reason in this day and age to swap to a 4r other than if you want a faster shift imo.
