I had a core 04 5r110 built with a suncoast and a transgo kit that I was going to swap into my truck because mine flares up from time to time. My trans guys called me and said a guy with a plow truck (who's in a bind) said he would buy it from me and give me an 08 core to build. The trans guy said it has a better one way clutch and sprag, but the reverse drum is different. Is the high torque version better for performance?
