6.0 stutter/back fire

My truck developed a stutter/hesitation during acceleration and what sounds like a back fire with some black smoke. Egr is deleted, turbo sticking? Ebp sensor? Injector? Any other ideas thanks

Sounds like a injector or FICM issue, you need to scan it and get the codes to go any further.

Thanks for response got a scanner on it and yes it was the ficm
