6.4 Must do Modifications

I was suppose to pick up a 6.4 this past weekend but it got pushed to this weekend coming up. I figured i ought to start researching the 'must dos' to the 6.4s since this will be my first one.
Are there any critical modifications that this thing will need? It has over 100,000 miles and runs great. I do want to start building this thing but also want to make sure i take the appropriate steps in order.

Intake tune exhaust
Watch deltas to see if it needs any cooling parts replaced.
Id do a ccv mod but it's already nasty at your mileage.
Save your money bc it's not cheep to fix and it's gonna break

If the rockers weren't replaced I would do them. Not a mod but a must do in my book.

Thanks you guys. All are on my list of parts to order Friday. Head gaskets, studs and all that are ok to leave stock for now?
