6.4 RCLB DD/Tow Rig Build

Well guys just started saturday on the truck. This is my 1st ever cab off project and also 1st 6.4. Started around 8am sat morning and by 1230 we had the cab off including all coolers, intercooler, and radiator (was leaking) replacing with Mishimoto Radiator. Spent a couple hours on it again sunday and got the oil filter housing and fuel filter housings off and the turbos and accessory drive and wiring out of the way plan to pull the heads tomorrow or thursday.

NO Limit CAI

NO Limit Cold Side Pipe

4" DP to 5" dp back exhaust

Odyssey Batteries

PMF Dual Bilstein Steering Stabilizer Kit

Yep that will be next gonna try to make it last for awhile truck only has 85,000 miles on it so should be good for awhile.

darn solid build list looks great-while you are in there i would suggest aftermarket or 6.0 manifolds w/custom uppipes.

what tuner/tunes are you planning?

Yeah i know the trans is the leak link now I'll try not to run it to hard lol. It's my dd so mostly hwy miles on open road no stop and go for the most part and no passes down the track yet but definitely after tranny is built.

Have a Dash Daq with Spartan tunes now but will have sct with gearhead tunes before build is done and use dd for gauges.

Have MPD Uppipes for 6.4 manifolds but think i might sell and go the 6.0 mani route

Also still on the fence to go ahead and spend the money for a mild cam and nozzles what's u guy's thoughts on these and what kind of gain can i expect from them. Will the nozzles help much on stock hpfp and Marty's lp kit

Also about to pull the trigger on the Elite 76mm is that the best choice being that I'll be on stock hpfp for a good while

I have a 76 paired with their 59 on stock fuel.
I love it!
It moves my 9k cclb pretty well.

Have you thought about a billet 75? We've had several trucks over 800 on fuel with those paired with 59's
