6.4 Tinging Noise

Hey guys haven't been on here in a while. I started my truck the other day and i heard a weird noise so I popped the hood. It's coming from the driver side, and is the loudest when you look through the driver side wheel well. The noise speeds up with more engine rpm. It seems like it's coming from around where the bottom egr cooler is. Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

My vote is a rocker. How many miles? Tuned? Deleted?

It's at 64,000 miles, dpf delete mini maxx and intake yes.

My rockers were junk at 75k and the truck was deleted at 53k. The 6.4 has poor lubrication up top. It's not hard to pull off the pass side valve cover to get an idea of how bad they are

Ok it's driver side might as well change both and do egr delete rite away?
