6.7 Bundle Deal?

Im wanting to do the usual to my 2011 6.7. Tuner, del etes, intake, exhaust. Looking for a company to get everything from instead one item her and one there. Trying to see if there are any package deals out there for this setup. Looking for the following:
-S&B CAI
-EGR del ete with coolant pass through
-down pipe back 4" race exhaust
-SCT X4 tuner with custom off road tunes (non-monitor version)

On a slightly unrelated but still connected topic, had stacks on my lifted 7.3 and liked the look/sound. Anybody done it on a 6.7? Feedback? Also, if so, where'd you get them? Thinking about a single.
